Centacare FNQ has outstanding tailored Employment & Training programs which provide Multiculltural Individuals support in achieving sustained economic participation. Over the last five years we have become a National and State leader in the Employment work we do under a strength based community model.
Professional Development, Training and Supports
We want to assist organisations to provide accessible culturally appropriate services to Cairns multicultural communities. In order to do so, we provide a range of sector development training and tools. We also provide training and workshops for schools and organisations wishing to learn more about the refugee journey. All our professional development, training and workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of individual organisations, businesses and schools.
Transport made easy
Centacare FNQ can help arrange door-to-door transport through a third-party provider for people living in Aeroglen, Brinsmead, Freshwater, Redlynch and the Northern Beaches. If you live outside these areas, we can also support you to organise transport to and from your home.
Complimentary lunch
You will be welcomed with morning tea on arrival, and a complimentary light lunch is also provided, so you can relax, settle in and enjoy your day with us.
